In order to prepare for filming, we created call sheets for each day in which we will film.

We made sure to plan out exactly what shots we will film in that day, as well as which cameras that we will use and any other equipment we might need. We held meetings in school, as well as online to make sure that everything was ready and that we were prepared to begin filming.

(this is a picture of us planning out the first filming day and adding finishing touches to call sheets and script)

For us, I don't feel like the call sheets will be very helpful simply because we only have one character, and four crew members. Because of this it's pretty easy to keep ourselves organized and on track, so I don't think the call sheet is that helpful. However I do see how it would be extremely helpful for a larger crew with more characters and complications in the script. Even though we probably won't find much use in the call sheets, it was still interesting to learn how it would be done in a larger production, and to understand all of the work that goes into planning a day of filming.
